the new book

“Technology proposes itself as the architect of our intimacies” writes theorist Sherry Turkle. 

This work explores the effects of technology on an individuals being, examining the limitations of language and imagery in the mediated space. 

Collected over the course of one year from a group of 40 individuals based in Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific African and Oceania, the images and text represent responses to prompts about space, connection, intimacies and how technologically mediated space influences connection with those remote or absent.
