"Wish you where here"
Using varied imagery this postcard series explores the effect of rapid disruptions on the urban space which effect the environment in which we live.
The conditions of this state we are living in are recorded at a micro level, focused on the changes in the urban space of Brisbane, Australia.
Using 'found images' that show both the collective memory of disruption and the events themselves, the postcards construct an alternative narrative of this city and present the ongoing changes in the urban space.
By showing the tangible impacts of disruption through memories such as street art that record, memorise and highlight extreme weather events we record the ever increasing frequency of these events on the urban space.
