The Woolstores Project
I developed this project and artwork entitled Home that asked residents and non-residents in the surrounding areas of the historic Woolstores site in Brisbane to provide an anonymous written response to the question, what makes a place a home?
This work was developed into a repetitive statement based on the responses received from the community. The artwork was displayed inside one of the living spaces of the Woolstores, visible from the inside and outside of the site at street level, allowing the community to view and reflection the different viewpoints about home.
This work was displayed as part of the 2018 Woolstores Project.
